Monthly Reports / Certified Financial Statements
California Government Code Section 53891 and 53893 requires local government agencies to submit a specific financial transaction report to the State Controller’s office by April 30th of each year.
Each year, upon the completion of this mandated financial report, De Luz Community Services District is required to either post the report in a conspicuous location on its web site, or cause copies of the report to be prepared and provided to any person requesting it. A charge not to exceed twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each copy may be imposed.
DLCSD, in an effort to make public information freely and easily available to its constituents, has posted recent reports here, and will continue to do so as they become available.
