REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
April 18, 2002
5:00 p.m.

A.        Call to Order & Roll Call  

A meeting of the Santa Rosa Community Services District was held at the Santa Rosa CSD Office commencing at 5:10 p.m. on April 18, 2002.  Present at the meeting were the following Directors:      

Director Demos
                    Director McBride
                    Director Thomas               

Directors Buescher and Roy were absent.  

The following persons were also present:  

General Manager Rogers
                    Assistant Secretary Gipson  

B.       Public Expression  

Property Owner Kerry Mayer expressed his concern about excessive speed on Sandia Creek.  

C.       General and Administrative Budget  

The Board reviewed the first draft of the General and Administrative Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-2003. General Manager Rogers discussed individual items and answered questions from the Board and audience.  

D.       Capital Budget  

General Manager Rogers reviewed the capital budget which is comprised of only one item, purchase of a 4-wheel drive pickup truck to replace the 1991 Blazer.

E.        Review of In-House Road Maintenance Costs  

The Board reviewed the first draft of the In-House Road Maintenance Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-2003.  

F.        Review of Primary Roads  

The Board reviewed the first draft of the Maintenance Budget for Primary Roads for Fiscal Year 2002-2003.  

G.       Review of Cost of Services  

The Board reviewed the proposed cost for the items previously discussed.  

H.       Adjournment

 There being no further business, President Demos adjourned the meeting at 6:20 p.m. to April 25, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. at the District Office.
