SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
JULY 21, 2005
5:00 P.M.

Items may be added to the Agenda in accordance with Section 54954.2(b)(2) of the Government Code (Brown Act), upon a determination by a majority vote of the members to the legislative body present at the meeting, that there is a need to take immediate action and that the need for action came to the attention of the District after the Agenda was posted.

A. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

B. PUBLIC COMMENT: Any member of the public may address the Committee at this time upon matters not identified on this Agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Finance Committee of the Santa Rosa Community Services District; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for a report and action at a subsequent Committee or Board Meeting. As to matters on the Agenda, an opportunity will be given to address the Committee when the matter is considered.

C. MINUTES: Approval of the Minutes of June 28, 2005.

D. INSURANCE: Discussion of source of payment of insurance premiums.

E. ADJOURNMENT
