Rob Holmes, General Manager

Rob has been with the District since 1989 as an inspector and designer, and was appointed General Manager in September 2005. He also serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Rob can be reached at Extension 204, or via email at rholmes@deluzcsd.org

Jill Gipson, Controller/Office Manager

Jill has been with the District since 1987 and handles all financial matters, including assessments, budgeting, and accounts payable and receivable. She also serves as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors. Jill can be reached at Extension 202, or via email at jgipson@deluzcsd.org.

Cher Ruzek, Administrative Assistant

Cher has been with the District since 1993, serves as the District receptionist, and handles all encroachment permits. Cher can be reached at Extension 201, or via email at cruzek@deluzcsd.org

Keith Caddy, Project Inspector/Maintenance Foreman
