Charles Bowman is an Electrical Engineer with a MSEE degree and 45 years in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. Retiring in 2015, he and his wife moved from San Diego to an avocado farm in De Luz. They have found De Luz to be an area of compatible independent souls with a strong sense of appreciation for nature and the enjoyment of beauty, peacefulness, and community spirit. He is fiscally conservative and socially moderate.
