De Luz Community Services Distric's mission is: "To maintain our roadways in the most safe, efficient and economical way possible; to provide law enforcement service through Riverside County Sheriff; and, solid waste collection through CR &R. We are a small innovative gonernment entity operating on sound business principles in a safe, professional, and courteous manner".
